How long can I have the container at my house?
We do weekly and monthly rentals. You can keep it months or even years. We also can provide a secure facility for long-term storage for an additional fee.
Do you prorate the fees if I don't need it for a whole week or month?
No. We bill for either weekly or monthly rental. We are priced affordably to make renting a no-hassle, no-rush option.
Do you go out of state?
No – not yet, but we hope to expand to offer that in the future.
How much does your service cost?

Do you provide packing materials and boxes?
We do not, but we do recommend Box Engine as a great resource for moving supplies.
Do you provide movers?
No – we don’t touch your content. We provide the storage unit for you to load on your own time. Or you can hire another moving company to help you. We recommend Clean Cut Movers. You can call Kenny at (916) 968-2730
Are the containers weather and waterproof?
Yes, plus they are on padded wheels so it doesn’t destroy your driveway. They are also vented in the top to provide air circulation and allow heat to escape.
How much stuff can fit into one container?
Our 16-ft containers hold between 3 and 4 rooms of furniture and household goods.
Our 20-ft containers can hold between 4 and 5 rooms of furniture and household goods.
We do recommend making sure you pack your items securely since the containers are moved and transported and you want your items to arrive safely.
When if I rent it for a month and end up needing it for longer?
That’s perfectly fine, you just pay for the additional month and keep it longer.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my container pickup or delivery?
At least 3 business days.
Can I access my container while it's in storage?
We don’t provide access to stored containers at our secure facilities. However, we can bring your container to your home for a nominal fee so you can access it.
How do you make sure my stuff is safe?
Our containers are water and weatherproof, plus they have a secure lockbox on the container that can only be opened by the key that you have with you.
Is there anything that I can't load in my container?
No ammunition, gun safes, explosive materials (including cleaning supplies, gas, propane, etc.), no animals (please double-check that your pets haven’t climbed in), dead bodies, trash, cars, motorized vehicles, lawnmowers, or other dangerous items.
Do you provide insurance?
Yes, we provide insurance for our containers and additional insurance for your items that are stored inside the container is available for purchase.
Do I have to be there when my container is delivered?
Yes, someone needs to be there when it’s delivered to make sure it’s placed where you want. We let you know the day before when to expect your container within a 2 to 4 hour window. Your driver will also call when they are on the way.
What do I do if my container is not completely full?
There are hooks and tie-downs inside the container, so you can tie it down at any stage as you fill the container.
